Job description:

We are looking for compassionate and skilled clinicians to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality mental health services, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and comprehensive assessments. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in diverse therapeutic approaches and the ability to support clients across varied backgrounds, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Clinician, you will be instrumental in fostering mental wellness and guiding clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.

  • Provide individual and group counseling utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing

  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances

  • Engage in crisis management and intervention strategies to support clients in distress

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • Providers are expected to conduct 25-30 sessions per week

  • Providers create their own schedule

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work

  • Valid licensure as a clinician (LMSW ) in CT

  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and behavior management strategies.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in clinical practice.

Pay: $37.00 per hour
